 Hello!

My name is Maria Louize. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist, Certified Cupping Therapist (ICTA), Reiki Master, Certified Holographic Sound Healing Practitioner, Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist, Doula, Certified Yoga and Qi Gong Teacher.

I received a BA degree in Fine Art from Richmond College in London, then went to Colorado School of Healing Arts and became a Certified Massage Therapist in 1990. I've enjoyed an ongoing journey of continuing education including all the above certifications and: Corrective Tissue Biomechanics, Lomi Lomi, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy-Lymphatic Massage, CranioSacral, Acutonics (using tuning forks on acupressure points), Bliss Bowls (Sound Healing with Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls), Qi Gong Healing Touch, and Microcurrent Point Stimulation (Dolphin).

I studied Health and Wellness Coaching at Front Range Community College.

I completed a 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training in 2010, with additional teacher trainings including: ​Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga (with Judith Hanson Lasater), Yin Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Yoga Trance Dance (with Shiva Rae), Spirit Speak (with Seane Corn), Yoga Movement Screen, and Qi Gong Infused Yoga.​

 

My intention is to honor each person’s individuality and to provide a nurturing space for people to deeply relax, re-balance, and re-connect with the wisdom, creativity, and healing energy within and flowing through each of us.
